ABC held a peaceful protest march on 05 July 2007 in Maseru. Just look at the throngs of people who attended. The protest was apparently against the series of abductions and beatings which some of its members have suffered at the hands of the Governmen Security Forces over the past 2 months.

"Thabo Thakalekoala, a freelance reporter and talk show host at Harvest FM, was arrested on the steps of the private radio station's offices in the capital, Maseru, after his broadcast on Friday. It is that time of the year again. A lot of snow falling in Lesotho,
especially along three main mountain ranges; the Drakensberg, the Maluti and the Machache ranges. The picture on the right was taken this morning (27/06/2007) from the Development House in Maseru. Those who have been in Maseru long enough, say this has been the heaviest snowfall in this area over the past 40 years.
